Billing questions
- How does the free plan work?
- Free is free forever — no credit card required. It covers one active event with up to three members, group chat, tasks, itineraries, and push notifications. Upgrade when you need more members, more events, or paid features like live tracking.
- Monthly or annual?
- Both. Annual billing is charged once a year and works out to two months free versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing settings.
- What if I add more members than my plan includes?
- Each plan includes a set number of seats. Extra members are billed at your plan's per-seat rate ($12/mo per extra member on Team and Growth, $18/mo on Scale), on the same cycle as your subscription.
- What are add-ons?
- Live Tracking and Advanced Analytics can be bolted onto a paid plan at any time from your billing page, and are billed on the same cycle as your subscription.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Your paid features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan with your data preserved.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We don't refund partial billing periods except where required by law, but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Reach out if something isn't right and we'll do our best to help.
- How are payments handled?
- Securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown before tax; applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.
